In order to be a company that continues to create new value, we will acquire the skills necessary to adapt to changing times and industrial structures, and promote the shift of employees from existing operations to new ones and the reallocation of employees to growing businesses.
We have positioned the development of DX human resources as a priority issue.
We aim to link this to the practice of DX management by ensuring that employees have common skills and mindsets, such as the ability to raise issues, gather information, utilize it, and solve problems.
Working group activities are encouraged to provide learning opportunities for employees and to contribute to business through technology. There are various working groups and they are actively operated.

The Dentsu Group has introduced a variety of support systems to maximize the potential of motivated human resources.
To enable each and every one of our diverse human resources to maximize their potential, we have established various systems, such as shorter working hours for childcare, telecommuting, and flexible work hours, from the time they join the company. We will continue to enhance our systems to accommodate diverse working styles in order to build an environment where each individual can play an active role and continuously create added value.
We will create an environment in which female employees can work long hours with peace of mind and build an organization in which they can take advantage of their own strengths. In order to incorporate diverse values and new perspectives and dispatch, we will raise the ratio of female workers to 30% and promote the creation of an environment where women can play an active role.
2023 | Target | |
---|---|---|
Ratio of female employees | 27.1% | 30.0% |
Ratio of female managers | 6.2% | 8.2% |
We are working to reform the way we work so that male employees can take childcare leave without hesitation. We will distribute guidebooks for employees taking childcare leave and provide information on the childcare pay system and how to spend time during leave to promote male participation in childcare and create a work environment where both men and women can balance work and childcare.
